7 Card Stud is a variation of Poker. The hand consists of the best 5 of 7 cards. Players ante 10% of the lower betting limit. The house then deals two cards face down and a third face up in a clockwise direction beginning with the player in the 2 oclock position. The player with the lowest open card must begin by betting 20% of the lower betting limit. Play continues around the table with each player calling the bet, raising the bet or folding. Four additional cards are dealt one at a time, three face up and the final seventh card face down. After each card, betting begins with the highest displayed hand. When a pair is showing or after the fifth card is dealt, bets and raises are determined by the upper betting limit. After the final round of bets, the players then declare and the strongest 5 card poker hand wins. Duplicate hands split the pot equally. The house takes 5% of the pot.
