A Pai Gow Poker hand actually consists of two separate hands: a two card hand (the front or low hand) and a 5 card hand (the back or high hand). After placing a bet, you are dealt 7 cards which you arrange into low and high hands. After all hands are set the players reveal their cards. The object of the game is to beat both the Bankers hands. Beating just one is a Push.
